Service Delivery Policy

Razorpay labels this category as shipping. Party-Planner provides event booking services, not physical goods, so there is no physical shipping.

1. What is delivered

Party-Planner delivers booking coordination for corporate events, including venue coordination, food coordination, activity coordination, payment collection and supplier communication for the agreed booking.

2. No physical shipping

No physical product is packed, shipped or delivered by courier. Service delivery means the confirmed event service is coordinated for the agreed date, venue, package and head count.

3. Booking confirmation

After the 25% advance is paid through Razorpay, the buyer receives an electronic booking confirmation or payment confirmation. The remaining balance is paid as stated for the booking.

4. Service location

Services are delivered at the agreed venue or supplier location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless the written booking confirmation states another approved location.

5. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must provide accurate event date, head count, contact details, billing information, access requirements, dietary requirements and other operational details needed for fulfilment.

6. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for delivering the venue, food, catering, activity or related service described in the confirmed booking and for maintaining applicable licences and permissions.

7. Service changes

If the buyer requests a change, we will coordinate with the relevant supplier and confirm any price, availability or tax impact before the change is accepted.

8. Failed or deficient delivery

If a confirmed service is not delivered as agreed, contact us with the booking reference and issue details. Refunds or corrections are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
